Question about Crosley CW5000 Front Load Washer
Looking closely at the holes in the tub to see if an object like a nail or similar object might be jamming it then check the belt to see if its loose or burnt

Just had the repair man come out for the same problem....tranny gone, $600 to repair. Only 3 years old. Disgusted. Good luck.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. You need to check the control panel. There is a good chance you can visually see some damage since you smelled the burnt smell. Check your belt(s) as well. Check to make sure the motor is running. Something inside may have burned up. If you have no power, check these below.
