Hi, I used to repair a monitor from Dell. You might have to check what wrong with your monitor by shining a flashlight into the screen, not directly but find the best angle to the screen and take a look very closely. If you can see the icons or any image, there will be a minor problem like broken lamps and it is very easy to replace. But the most important part is you need to know how to teardown the screen. Actually, a flat dell screen has 4 screws at the rear panel and no ***** for front frame. For you LCD monitor, If there is no visible *****, you have to look for "capped" ***** holes (little covers that fit flush with the case to hide the screws). If you don't see these neither, this must be a tension fit case. So, following these step by step
1. face the screen up and look for "rectangular hole" on the side edge (usually at the bottom edge of the screen). This will be a challenge to open without breaking it.

2.You'll need a very thin flat ***** driver and wedge it into that narrow rectangular hole. You can use any prybar if you don't have ***** driver.

3.It is not too deep. You may stab something important inside and pry it. Once it starts to spread, start sliding it along the seem and you should feel the tension tabs start "popping" open. 4.Continue to work your way around until it's off.

Hope this help you to get the remove the back cover off. If there is anything I can help you with, feel free to let me know.
Thank you,

remove the brake lines with a tubing wrench pull the lines away just enough to remove the master cylinder remove the two nuts and remove the master cylinder don't get any brake fluid on the paint it (will) remove the paint when you have it in your hand drain the fluid and the plastic reservoir you will have to work at it now its time to install the new one. start by putting the plastic reservoir and put the master cylinder back in and tighten down most times they come with two plastic fittings with small hoses screw the two blue plastic fittings in put the two hoses on . now its time to put ni the fluid dot3 brake fluid unless other wise posted fill to the fill line no more no less. have some one pump the brakes easy so you don't get it every ware when you don't see any more air coming out of the lines it is time to put the lines back on. once they are tight tap the peddle 5or 6 times so you get the air out of the lines once that is done check the level one more time to make sure its full and the cap can be put back on... hope this helps you bob

How do you pull the chain break apart on a poulan chainsaw 2150 and repair it.

The brake is a saftey item on the saw and should only be repaired by a quailified fitter, however if you should decide to do it yourslf that is down to you, the brake is a so called knee link brake, start by removing the brake from the saw, once removed activate the brake by pushing the hand guard forward untill you hear the brake come on, now remove the allen screw in the hand guard pivot ( do not remove the c clip in the side of the hand guard ), tap the pivot collers out from either side and remove the hand guard, remove the cross head screws securing the spring cover, BE AWARE THERE IS A COMPRESSION SPRING UNDER HERE, eye protection should be worn, with the cover off, pry out the spring, remover the small pin securing the knee link mechanism, using a small punch tap out the roll pin from the other side of the cover that secures the anchor end of the band, it should now come away, remove the cross head screw holding the band to the knee link mechanism. You can now replace the band, refit the the knee link to the new band, re fit to the machine, tap the roll pin back into the cover to secure the anchor end of the band, re fit the knee link pin, re fit the spring ( be carefull ) re fit the spring cover, place the hand guard back on the cover, use a suitable tapperd punch to insert through the hand guard and cover to hold it in place, now pull the hand guard fully back to load the brake, remove the punch and re fit the pivot collers and allen screw. Make sure the brake now functions properley.

Dishes on the top tray still come out dirty after washing

This is probably a clogged internal disposal screen. This is a relatively simple procedure that requires 2 tools. There is a screen behind the cutter in the built in disposal unit that gets clogged easily. You may want to order a new part before disassembly. To disassemble: You will need 2 sizes of torqs (star shaped) screw drivers and some patience in reassembly. Be sure to note how things are assembled before removing them. You do not need to unplug the unit to do this as you will be inside the unit and not around any exposed electrical components. Make sure the unit has been off for a while so that the heater element is cool. Remove the top rack by squeezing and sliding the plastic locks upward (on the ends of the rails) Then slide the rack out. Remove the bottom rack turn the center plastic retainer on top of the spray mast cclockwise (opposite most all other screws) and lift out main spray arm remove screw from back center water pipe (oblong flat 2 piece plastic unit on the back wall inside) and rotate it clockwise to release the tabs under the pump cover. Lift above a carefully move out of the way loosen and carefully remove 4 screws from the pump cover/ diverter/ screen unit and lift out exposing the top of the pump and motor housing (usually grey plastic) Locate the screw at the front left of the pump cover that holds down the disposal cover. remove the screw and note which groove the screen is in as well as the side of the screen the blade is on. Replace the blade/ screen unit or clean the old one (under a tap of warm water and with an old tooth brush) and reinstall it. Assembly is reverse of above. Note! Be sure locking tabs are under pump cover as before and you don?t drop the screw for the oblong water pipe!

No water coming out

On my LGM, the motor that drives the soap pump had siezed. I disassembled down to the pump and separated the motor from the pump. With pliers, forced the motor shaft to turn and sprayed lubricant (lithium grease) onto motor's front and rear bearings.
Heater box is a little tricky to remove. Remove 4 screws to remove top plate. Lift heater out and remove insulator. Remove two screws from inside box to remove heater box bottom.

u need to remove small rubber dust cover from back side of brake backing plate. then with a sturdy but small screwdriver, thru this hole, u need to locate auto adjuster plate inside drum, u push small driver against this so it is pushed off the adjuster cam, then with flat screwdriver, or adjusting tool, at same time as u are holding adjuster plate, back off adjuster wheel as far as it will go this is akward to do, but brakes need to be backed off to enable drums to be removed drums wear and develop a lip on edge u should then be able to slide drum off. if still hard tap with a hammer while pulling drum

How do I replace the bulb for the brake light..I have the bulb, but just need to know what to do to replace it.

If it's one of the lower ones... go in through the trunk, look to see if carpeting or a cover needs to be removed, or peeled back, usually the sockets twists (turns) to be removed, then the bulb will be exposed. An 1157 bulb needs to be pushed in slightly and turned to remove, (Counter clockwise) A 3157 bulb pulles straight out. Also note that some vehicles still need the exterior lens to be taken off, but I do believe yours is sealed!

How do I change the back brake light of a Hyundai Elantra?

If it is the light in the rear window, there are two plastic caps on either side on the base of the light. Pop off the cap and remove the screws inside. That should allow you to get to the bulb. I went to autozone for the bulb w/o removing it and they gave me the wrong one. If you have the bulb removed, you're better off, if not, the people at advanced got me the correct one without any issues. If it's the brake lights on the back of the trunk, you access those from inside the trunk. On either side, there are thumbscrews (sometimes under the fabric lining flaps). Once you remove the bulb carrier, you'll know which one is out. It usually lines up with the red cover but if you can borrow someone's time, have them look in your trunk at the bulbs as you test your parking lights to see which one lights and which one doesn't. Hope this helps.

Front screen cover

Hammer, waay easier and safer to remove the back top cover, the front is flimsy when it is removed from the set and if you crack one or both of the screens they cost big money. Be advised that the top back cover has a large mirror bolted to it and it to is expensive. Have 2 people when the last screw is taken out so you don`t break the mirror, not real heavy but very awkward for one person. Once you remove this back cover you can clean the mirror, inside of front screen and all 3 lenses. NO WINDEX, DAMP, lint free cloth and warm water only. Good Luck & Happy Holidays, BMW Rider
