According to Jasco (the company that actually make this camera) they do not provide a Vista driver at this time. However, have you tried just plugging the cam in to a USB port and letting Vista try and find drivers for you? Vista is, as usual from Microsoft, a poor quality product so there are no guaranties but there's a reasonable chance that there is a suitable driver in Vista's driver database.
