Question about Go Software Inc. PCCharge DevKit for PC
I'm assuming you are using the PSCharge.dll to integrate regular credit card sales. The dll is fine for credit transactions and such, as long as there is no hardware involved. Since I'm way late on answering your question, you now have to options. The old option would be to integrate the device.ocx into your POS for comunnication with the hardware needed (i.e. pinpad for debit and ebt). If you have an updated Dev Kit, there is now a new integration library (SIM.dll) which is a .NET assembly which includes support for the traditional PSCharge classes as well as the hardware classes previously only included in device.ocx and the individual hardware ocx's. The SIM.dll can be used in win32 code, although the VFI documentation does not go into detail on this. I've done the integration with this library in Delphi, using a tlb for the SIM assembly and the MSCorlib assembly. These methods are little more involved than a simple post, but it can be done. So, to answer your question, device.ocx, or the new SIM.dll library will allow you to integrate to hardware devices.
