Tip & How-To about Computers & Internet

Understand BSOD and Troubleshoot

1. What is Blue Screen Of Death ?

There are major reasons too for the blue screen of death as we find BSOD in Windows Vista for a different reason. Windows Vista runs on Longhorn technology while Windows XP runs on NT technology.

We have different Booting structures for both and also the Kernal and Micro Kernal Management of both systems vary.

The WDDM (Windows Device Driver Management Principles which applies on both Os are at different levels of rigidness.

Firstly, we need to understand why this happens.
When you install Software and new programs in your computer, new entries and other changes will be made on your Registry. As more and more entries pile up, some of them may become infected with spyware, or go missing because the System does not always restore them. As a result, when the programs that use the entries need to run, your computer may suddenly process very slowly, or worse, the blue screen of death happens. All these problems can be cured with a Registry Cleanup.
The amount of changes to your registry is dependent on the user's amount of usage of the computer. A newly purchased computer will usually run very quickly, but after a few months, users find that their Computers Processing Speed may start to slow down. This is the effect of a poorly maintained registry.

2. How To Trouble shoot and prevent of Blue Screen of Death?

So, how do we get rid of blue screen death? Simply put, run a registry cleaner. The registry cleaner will find all of the problems associated with the registry and will fix them or remove the errors. Don’t be surprised at the amount of errors you find the first time to scan the registry. But, within 5 minutes, you can have all of them fixed. Then for maintenance and to ensure your computer is running without any errors, run this software weekly. This will ensure you have the blue screen of death fixed.

Good Luck.
