Contact your cell phone service provider and ask that Internet access be completely disabled on your account. Some providers cannot do this, but many can. This is the only truly foolproof way to disable Internet access through your cell phone or over a multiple phone plan. This will also prevent your receiving junk text messages, for which you may also be charged a data fee.
It will need an LCD replacement for you blackberry. Its a common issue for LCD screens. Those are dead pixels.Have it replaced by a professional service technician for blackberry.

You can disable the text message reading function by pressing the Menu button (the center OK button), going to Settings & Tools, select #6 - Phone Settings, and then #3 - Voice Command Settings. The first option is Text Message Readout -- you can turn it off and then hit OK to save the changes.
try entering the last four digits of his phone number, the default locking code. If that doessnt work ... you could always try other common numbers to his life ... date of birth, house number ... his girlfriends phone number ...
