SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Depending on your Operating System, you may need to run it as an administrator. If you're on Windows, right click on the setup executable file and click Run as administrator. If that doesn't show up, click Run As and click administrator.

If you're on Ubuntu open up terminal, cd to your directory and write sudo firefoxinstall(or whatever your setup name is).exe

For example:
sudo firefox5.01setup.exe

Have fun :)

Can I use my Borland Delphi 5 CD for installing Delphi 5 on my new Windows 7 computer

This is the last version of Borland dBASE for Windows (next version is Visual dBASE 5.5).

This is VERY unlikely to work as it was designed for much earlier operating systems.

Windows 7 is a very different architecture - maybe it time to upgrade.

I can't log in as it keeps coming up user profile can not be loaded, please help

try and log in as administrator, create a new profile under control panel>Users. name it whatever you would like, then manually copy the contents of the old user libraries to the new one. so basically let's say your old user was named 'fail' and your new user is named 'win' after creating win, go into windows explorer, and go to c:/Users/fail/libraries and hit copy. navigate to the same location in win's directory and hit paste. it will ask to replace files that are already there, go ahead and hit yes. if you can't log in as administrator you may be able to tap f8 @ boot until you get to a boot menu and then arrow down to 'repair my computer' once loaded it will probably try and run startup recovery. if this doesn't fix it, you'll be presented with another grey menu. click dos prompt. once dos prompt opens type cd c: then type chkdsk c: /r that should fix the file structure. you can also run sfc /scannow which will check your system files. good luck!!

1. Gave admin rights to C:\Program Files (x86)\PFU

Try this, 1. Open a elevated command prompt. Click on All Programs and Accessories, then right click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator.
2. To Enable the Hidden Built-In Administrator Account -
A) In the elevated command prompt, type net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter.
3. To Disable the Hidden Built-In Administrator Account - A) In the elevated command prompt, type net user administrator /active:no and press Enter.

4. Close the elevated command prompt.
5. Log off, and you will now see the built-in Administrator account log on icon added (enabled) or removed (disabled) from the log on screen

Delphi XpressRC XM Radio backlight problem

Same thing happened to mine until it permanently went dark - no brightness. Problem is with the LCD display that is defective. As this model does not have a separate filament bulb unlike the non color model, it cannot be repaired. Likely too expensive to replace the color LCD display if avalaible. Next one I buy will be a non color version which has separate bulb.

try setting the power management options in the BIOS(hardware based, access it by pressinfg DEL or F2 or F1 when booting,)

instead of using the windows feature.

settings once made as an admin in windows should be available for all users, else just leave the name for the user but upgrade the user status from power user or guest status to admin, enter changes, reboot, logon with old name, downgrade account from admin to user or whatsoever, that might do the trick...
good luck

Lost user account

You actually probably created the new account as an admin. You don't really need to recover it. You just use this account as your admin account. You can then create another non admin account now and have everyone else besides the "admin" likely being you, can use the non admin account. All your files can still be found in "rootdrive:\Documents and settings\administrator
There you can find all your documents that you had in My documents under the administrator account.
Hope this helps,
Midwest
