Read to this site the discription of your motherboard i think that is not compatible with pentium 4 2.8 ghz because it is only supported by 800 mhz only. http://www.extremeoverclocking.com/reviews/motherboards/Chinatech_9CJS_1.html
The various wires from the case front panel should be labeled to indicate power LED, HD LED, etc. The motherboard front panel jumper pins should be grouped together and the pins should be labeled to indicate PWR, HD. RST etc. You can go to the motherboard manufacture's WEB site to download a diagram of your model motherboard and it will show all the locations of the connecting pins.
Not having that info sucks, but if you can't find it on google or on chaintech's site, just take the 2 pin connector for the power switch & try it on the end pins first & see if you can get it to turn on. Don't worry, won't hurt a thing,I've had to do it plenty of times. Once you find that, the rest is pretty easy. The reset is usually directly across from the power, then the others are the hdd led, power led,& system speaker. All those are fairly easy to find using the same methods, except with those the pc can stay on so you can see what lights up. Whatever is left is the speaker. The speaker connections are usually a 3 pin connector with the center one missing & the pins on the board coinside with that.
The connections are show between the last 2 PCI slots. The connector is CN1A.
Here are the connections.
1 & 2 = G Button
3 & 4 = HDD Led + to pin 3
3 & 9 = Power Led + to pin 9
6 & 12 = Speaker + to pin 12
11 & 13 = Power switch
14 & 16 Reset switch
17 & 18 = G Led + to pin 18
15 is keyway [no pin]
