Question about IBM ThinkPad G40 Notebook
WHEN I TURN MY COMPUTER ON, A SCREEN POPS UP IBM PRODUCT RECOVERY PROGRAM - VERSION 5.7. BUT I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THE SCREEN HAVE PROMPT ME TO DO. AND IT STILL DON'T WORK. HALF WAY THROUGH THE RECOVERY PROGRAM IT TURNS OF AND START AGAIN. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.
If the recovery program is corrupt, you will have to start from scratch using the recovery disc or a windows op system disc.
