Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
My samsung CLP 300 used to print fine. it recently started having problems with all my prints. whenever i send something it'll stall at a random percentage. the files aren't usually big, and they print fine on my inkjet. i just tried sending a word doc (25 kb) and it's stalled at 93%. it's been that way for 20 minutes. what's going on?
If you are using Windows go to the control panel and in the printer section under the printer options try printing a test copy.... if the problem persists, try connecting it to another computer, if it remains the same then the problem could be related to the printer memory. Only a personal diagnostic by a specialized technician could help you out in that case!
