Question about VeriFone OMNI 3200 (P092-101-10) Printer
Hi, everytime we try and do a sale, we keep getting the message no dial tone. I have checked the phone lines and they are working. Please help.
You can scroll down through the menu and do "offline" sales. you just need the approval code (3 digit number on the back of the credit card).

If the phone line is ok you will have to go through the terminal menu options to check internal phone numbers. Make sure the correct processing numbers are listed. Also does your line require a 9 to dial out ?
