Locked Out (but have the code)

I did not have the code when i switched it on (after disconecting the battery). it only seems to have given me one attempt. any ideas on how i can get it to allow me to input the code. pressing the "power button" on the panel doesn't work. its only when you use the power button on the remote that it says "no access". would be forever grateful for some advice!!!!!!

Hi all....I've got a 2001 Fiat Punto, and after disconnecting the battery the radio is asking me for code. When I turn on the radio, it says

Most car radios need a code when theyve been disconnected , also some car radios are made to turn off after 20 mins use so that it cant be left on accidently , this is a battery saving idea , it can be bypassed though by rewiring a live connection to the radio rather than a connection through the ignition

Someone put the wrong security code in the radio. Hold the DNR button down and the code will clear. Be sure you have the correct code to enter after clearing the current one.

Kenwood car radio code

Did you ever enter a code that you chose? If so, reenter it. If not, call kenwood with serial # and they can tell you the oem preset code.
