Washing cycle completed. I tried to open the door and heard a click, but I don't think the latch is broken. Tried switching off but no joy.

door won't open. The pump keeps running and the time flashes.

The door is locked and no matter what I do it will not open. This happened once before and I paid $350 for a new board for the washer and it is still happening. It is not over loaded and I don't know why it keeps doing this but nothing will work now.
