MacIntosh driver for Digital Photo Keychain

Hello:
I got a Digital Photo Keychain as a Christmas gift. some how I do not have the driver to put photos in it. I use a MacIntosh computer. I called (800) 391-2970 number and they told me to call (800) 374-2744. I did so and they promised me a CD replacement in about 5 days, it has been over 10 days and when I called today, the first number refers me to the second Number and the second number does not answer. Have they gone out of bussines? and if so how can I get that driver I need?

Its about a digital photo keychain

Are you trying to load multiple photos at a time? try a single if so. Your photos may be to large for the keychain to support, try a couple jpeg files off the internet or small photo files that come in email. If those load, format the keychain and reduce the size of your photos

I bought last year Mr. Christmas Digital Photo ornament, and I cannot get my pictures on the USB drive it says that the flash is incorrect. Please help

Try a different flash-drive, preferably one with a _smaller_ capacity.

Did the item come with a one-year warranty? If so, exercise the warranty, and get a replacement.

Need to format digital photo keychain -- it was on

You should have to format it. Just plug it in, go to My Computer and it will show up. Drag and drop pictures onto it and you're set.

Cannot connect digital key chain to photo viewer

The Computer (3 2 vista's 1 xp) could not recognize the photo keychain on any USB port, using the supplied USB cable.

I have a USB cable with a one inch cylinder (Filter?) clamped around the cable on each end about 3/4 inch from the connector. The connection worked perfectly with this cable on a windows XP machine.

This may work for you

Sincerely
Dan G
