Water (coffee) does not make it out through the coffee handle spout. Hot water seems to be coming out of machine into the ground beans but there does not appear to be enough pressure to get it through the ground coffee.

Propably the vibrating water pump is the problem.
It might be full of scale and it can not create any pressure or it is completetly damage and need to be replaced.
First we sugest to perform a descaling of the machine and try again.
Second you should try to reduce by little the quantity of the grounded coffee used. Aprox you should use 7 to7.5 gr of coffee. If you try to use about 6 to 6.5 and you have the coffee runing out from the machine like in 25 sec you have about 30 cc of water. Then try to clean the group shower which it can be ansrew by one cetrer screw and if you can you can open the machine and remove to clean also the coffee group solenoid valve. Bothe the valve and shower can be full of dry coffee that can blocked the way of water coming to the grounded coffee.
If you manage to clean everything above and the machine work ok so from now on in order to avoid the problem again try to flush water from the group many times without any coffee. With this is like you wash the group shower and valve from any remai coffee.
Good luck

Jura Impressa C9 Grounds container filling with water or Coffee. Grounds floating.

It sounds like there may be a blockage in the brewing unit or the drainage system causing the water and coffee grounds to back up and overflow into the grounds container.
You can try cleaning the brewing unit by removing it from the machine and rinsing it with hot water. Be sure to clean all the nozzles and crevices to ensure there is no blockage.
You should also check the drainage system for any clogs or obstructions, such as coffee grounds or debris. This can be done by removing the drip tray and examining the drainage hole at the bottom of the machine.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to contact a professional for repair or servicing of the machine.

My Saeco Odea Go makes coffee very slowly

If the water pressure coming out of the steam/hot water arm is fine, then the issue is likely with the brew unit or the grinder. Here are a few things you can check:
  1. Clean the brew unit: A dirty or clogged brew unit can slow down the flow of water. Remove the brew unit and clean it thoroughly, making sure to remove any coffee residue or buildup.
  2. Check the grinder: A dull or clogged grinder can also slow down the flow of water. Make sure the grinder is set to the appropriate setting for your coffee beans and check that the grinder is not clogged.
  3. Check the water flow meter: The water flow meter measures the amount of water flowing through the machine. If it is clogged or damaged, it can affect the flow of water. Try cleaning the water flow meter with a soft-bristled brush and see if that helps.
  4. Check the water filter: If your machine has a water filter, it may be clogged and affecting the flow of water. Replace the filter if necessary.
If none of these solutions help, it may be a more serious issue and you may need to bring your machine to a professional for repair.

1) I HAVE A ESAM 6620 DELONGHI MACHINE AND THE WATER IS NOT COMING OUT OF THE SPOUTS BUT I CAN HEAR THAT THE PUMP IS WORKING ? 2) WHERE DO YOU PUT IN GROUND COFFEE TO MAKE A BREW ?

Whatever you do: DO NOT PUT IN GROUNDED COFFEE IN THE MACHINE. You'll need to buy coffee beans instead of grounded coffee. If you fill it with grounded coffee, the machine will break down. If you already did put in grounded coffee, get everything out with a vacuum cleaner. The chance is high if you putted grounded coffee in it that the machine is already broken and needs to be professionally be repaired. about the other question, did you fill it with water and did you do a flush run beforehand?

When I brew a pot of coffee all of the grounds do not get wet Why?

Hello, Vicky -

It will help in answering your question to know the make and model of your coffee maker. You can choose Comment and add that information in the Comment box.

As a general answer, there could be 2 reasons for all of the coffee grounds not to be wet:

* You may be using a dark roasted coffee, which has a high amount of surface oils , making it difficult for the water to wet all the ground coffee beans during the brewing process. If so, you may need to follow the "hot bloom" method when setting your coffee maker up to brew. Watch the video here:
https://www.bruer.co/blogs/news/113462276-the-hot-bloom-method-eliminating-dry-coffee-grounds

* The spout for the water to dispense in your model of coffee maker may have become positioned off-center

Along with only partially wet coffee grounds does the brew seem weak?

I assume you have already checked the user manual for your coffee machine to find if the partially dry coffee grounds issue is addressed in the Troubleshooting section. You may wish to visit the website of the manufacturer of your coffee machine to find if the problem is covered in FAQs or Troubleshooting for your model of machine.

Best wishes.

Saeco Odea Go - Hot water leaks from bottom of machine

That's leaking from the hoses coming out from the boiler,if the machine is new it should be still under warranty, may have to take it back to the service center. When making coffee the lines are under pressure and the water never have a chance to pass through the ground coffee.

No coffee coming out, just hot water

Two questions:
1- Is the coffee grounds wet or dry?
2- Does the spout drip water when the machine is just heating up?
If the grounds are dry then the brew chamber is not getting any water. Turn machine off, let it cool down, then remove brew unit. Behind the brew unit there is a white valve with 2 red o-rings(sometimes black), if you look closely there is a small lever between the o-rings, get a small screwdriver and gently lift lever and spring, if water came out then the problem is in the brew unit, unscrew the stainless steel screen which is under the large red O-ring on the brew unit and clean, also make sure the tube on the unit is clear.
If the hot water spout is not dripping when the machine is heating up then you're good.

Leaks at the hot water spout during coffee brew

I had the same problem. I ended up taking the coffee machine apart and found that the reason coffee trickles out around the hot water spout is that the two coffee nozzles were partially plugged. Since I Had parts of the coffee machine apart I was able to clean it easily. It may also be possible to clean the assembly using a pick of some sort and clean out the holes of the two normal coffee spouts. Inside it is just a open cavity so gentle poking around and using some steaming hot water may do the trick.
If you want to take the machine apart you need to do the following: 1) take of the warmer plate on the top - 2 storz screws but an allen key works as well 2) take off the top plate of the machine - another 4 or 5 screws - make sure you empty the beans first otherwise you will have a mess 3) remove one screw from the right hand side of the removable coffee ground tray. Once this screw is removed the front panel is free to swing open except for the pipes connecting the front 4) unclip the steam assembly - there are a couple of plastic catches on the top. this will free the steam assembly from the front panel and also free a pipe connections. The steam dispenser pipe will also come free from the steam assembly. 5) remove the coffee pipes from the up and down sliding coffee dispenser. This is a small whitish color clip with 2 pipes connecting into it. The white clip has a little plastic catch on the top that frees it. The front panel should now swing open freely. 6) remove the sliding coffee dispenser from the front door. There are 4 plastic catches, 2 on either side. the whole front sliding coffee displenser now comes free 7) Take the sliding dispenser apart by release the 4 plastic catches on the front curved planel. 8) Inside the sliding dispenser is a white plastic piece that connected to the piping released in step 5. There is a small plastic catch that needs to be pressed while pulling fairly hard on the plastic piece and bending the whole piece. 9) You will now see the plugged spouts. It goes back together really easily.
