ROM Error for Canon Image Runner 2010F

I'm getting a ROM Error on my screen when I plug in my Canon Image Runner 2010F. Anything I can do to fix it?

When the ROM Error message is displayed on the control panel, this will indicate an issue with the Flash DIMM on the Image Processor PCB.
re-flash the system software for that specific model. If system software does not resolve the error, replace the DIMM Assembly. When replacing the DIMM, you may be required to flash the system software to it's latest version.

iR 2010F FG6-9454-000, Dimm assembly.
As a temporary work around, power on the iR while holding down the STOP key. This may boot the iR to a ready state and copies can be made.

Our canon image runner 2010f is giving an error message e100
Hi!

The e100 error reffers to the laser device in the printer. Sometimes it is not generated by a realy deffctive part, but by the fact that the metal registration roller has no proper grounding. Therefore please check the grounding springs touching the metal registration roller, to be sure that there are clean an make a firm contact with the roller. You may need to reform a little bit those springs in order to improve the contact.

Canon 210S Image Runner
It is a fixing film position error. The fixing film is probably damaged or is just tracking off center. If the fixing film is ratched then replace the entire upper fixing unit. You can get just the film but its a job even experienced techs cringe at. Check the lower roller and bushings while you are at it. If anything is worn there it can cause the film to track off center.
