No. you can not run it back through a laser printer. the toner will melt in your customers printer. Tried this, and reprinted using offset.

When printing on letterhead, my documents have a slight "copy" of the letterhead in various locations throughout my document.

Your preprinted letterhead is sluffing off during the fusing process. Have your service tech adjust the fusing temperature.

SOMEBODY CAN WE HELP US? WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DUPLEX LEXMARK X644.

If you mean that you are getting a ghost image of the letterhead on the page this is caused by not setting the paper type to letter head which caused the temperature to be wrong and print does not bond. Or you may have a bad fuser or bad toner cartridge. Try setting the paper type to letterhead or bond first to see if that helps.

I have a Dell 5210N mono printer. And I want to use the manual feed tray as a second paper drawer for letterhead paper only, ie leave a whole stack of paper in the manual feed. Then when I select manual...

Check the software provided or installed on your Computer you use for work(printing software), look for print properties, check for print settings, look for manual Feed, Under manual Feed, set it for letterheads, however this has to correspond with the Applications you are using to print letterheads out of( under print, into the preferrences you should be able to have the settings as well). If your printer software does have these settings, then you will have to do it Manually upon every print.

Hi

sounds like either you fuser rollers need to be replaced or you need a new drum and cleaning blade, those 2 items will cause ghosting,

good luck

Printer is ghosting - I have changed power supply

Might be your transfer roller. I would try some laser cleaning paper and run that through a few times. If that doesn't work, I would purchase a fuser maintenance kit which will have the rollers as well as a new fuser.

With the low cost of printers that are better than the 6L I would not waste the money to repair

Hp 4250 GHOSTING

Are you telling the machine that paper type is letter head or envelopes, It must be done, it changes temp of fuser to suit the paper type, no it is not a power supply problem change paper type to card stock/thick/letterhead etc to suit then machine will adjust temp to suit.. ie file, print properties paper type.

50.2 fuser error replace fuser.
