Question about Sharp UX B20 Plain Paper Inkjet Fax
We purchased this machine a little over a year ago. Last week we changed the cartridge but it continues to tell us "low ink". I replaced it again today, but it won't print me a test page. It tells me "low ink", "check paper", and that memory is full. I've unplugged the phone line and plugged it back in as well as the power cord. It will say Wait a moment and then go back to replace ink and press ink key.
We use our fax machine everyday and really need for it to work.

H have you tried putting the old ink cartridge back in but give it a gentle shake first and see if it gives same message also what are the new cartridge are the genuine or not let me know then i can assist you further ok
