Unless the backlight has gone bad, try Fn+F5 and Fn+F6 keys to see if your display returns. Fn+F5 toggles to an external screen; Fn+F6 toggles the backlight on and off.
I solve this using Fn + F6, using a 5536 model. Just press Fn + F6, keep holding it and hit the power button, wait for about 5 or 7 seconds, release the Fn and F6 keys. thank you so much guys!
Seems that the Backlight is not working any more.To enable it please try Fn+F6 .The brightness can also be adjusted with Fn+Right Arrow.If you can use a flash light on the LCD and then if you are able to see the screen, then the LCD backlight is not working anymore,Please contact Acer for a Warranty repair if you have a Warranty.

Step 2 a. Connect the power adapter to laptop b. Insert USB flash disk i.e Pen drive to one USB port of As One Laptop c. Press keys Fn + Esc + power button simultaneously d. Release the power button key when power button LED glows. e. After LED of power button starts flashing release the keys Fn + Esc f. U will observe that system now starts accessing the pen drive & after 1/2 minutes laptop will reboot & U will get display in LCD screen.
Change the settings from the display settings panel. (Right click on the desktop and go to display settings)
You should see 2 monitors graphically represented there.
You can make the monitor that is greyed out active by right clicking on the monitor, and selecting active.
