Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
WHEN I TURN THE PHONE TO VIBRATE WITH THE OUTSIDE BUTTON IT WILL NOT TURN THE PHONE TO VIBRATE IT SHOWS THAT IT IS BUT WHEN I RECEIVE A CALL IT RINGS AS NORMAL ONLY ON LOW VOLUME.
Try a full facroty master reset, if still persists,
take it to someone who knows how to 'flash' it

First, make sure your Jitterbug phone is turned on and open. While looking at the inside screen, adjust the volume by using the rubber volume button, which can be found on the outside of the phone. Press the top of the button to increase the volume and the bottom of the button to decrease the volume. The inside screen will display the ringer volume level. The ringer volume ranges from Vibrate to Max.
