Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOROKR E6
My phone"s side key lock is damaged
what can i do
If yuor waranty is over, then you can just open the phone and remove the plastic slider. Then close the phone and use the stylus to operate the exposed key lock switch. This is the simplest way, i found. The plastic slider is very delicate and is very likey to break if you slide it very hard or after a few thousand times of lock/unlock operations. This is something Motorola should have thought about before designing it in. Like Nokia or HTC, they could just have put the screen lock control in the power switch/ phone on-hook switch itself.

Hi its a bit long process, but you can do it easily.
first you go to this webpage:
There in E6 section u either download qei lock or ilock software and use it as phone lock software. But remember that, your battery will drain out more quickly to lock phone with these softwares,
