After replacing the drum and toner, incoming faxes are barely legible. The center 6 inches is very dark and the print appears shadowed. The machine is loud when paper is printing. It seems as if the drum is not rolling correctly.
The loud you hear indicate improper of mechanism of fax get drum unit out and check for good condition of the unit (no broken in drum gear-or bad cleaning blade)-and reinstall it again- rip over toner box many times and check it in horizontal level many times.if all above does not work -you will have a problem in drum unit or your fax mechanism(broken gears-chain or belt defective-bad selonid-clutch-
