My Koss Porta Pro broke into two parts and it would be nice of you if you could give me a new pair? I only had it for 1 week

I can't say it will help, but it might be worth taking a look at my newly posted tip on headphone cable and plug problems.

I hooked up the component cable and I got a lot of green in the picture, when I use the s-video cable I get an perfect picture. I have an koss 3102 system.

Component cables are color-coded. Did you put them in correctly. One of them could be bad. Try rotating them functionally to see if the symptom changes.

Belt fell off

HI, First remove mat from TT platter. Next hold it with upward pressure while striking centre pin with a sharp tap, (real light instrument) not blow. Next you will see the motor shaft (once TT is removed) note it's position, put belt back onto TT rim, that will be the underside flange, lift belt by one finger away from flange edge and place TT back over spindle while having finger with belt over motor shaft. allow belt to contact with motor. Now belt should be around under platter flange and around motor pulley. If this is correct, power up, if all works replace soft mat and enjoy the music. A word of warning, the belt and stylus/cartridge may need replacement!

Need a wiring diagram for connecting KOSS HD 50 COmputer speakers

Hello there! lellya
First,
1) you have to tell , what kind of sound card you got? on board audio? A7, or Creative Audigy? 5.1 or regular.
2) then, you have to connect one speaker to the other, one two way connector cable, for the 2 KOSS speakers.
3) another cable that goes in back of your koss and from the out of your KOSS Speakers to the input of your sound card, at back of your PC, this input is your sound card jack.
4) its supose to work like so.
good luck

I had a similar problem. Believe it or not, I randomly switched which ports the speaker wires used to connect to the receiver and kept playing with it with music going until all the speakers were making noise.
