I have a two year old (?) bosch axxis wfr 2450 and the display field has burned out. i cannot read ANYTHING in the display area so i have been washing on the same setting for 6 months. any suggestions? can this be done at home or is there a part i need to ask for at the appliance store/ from the repair people?

i have the same problem. the screen crapped out right after the warrenty ran out. funny how that always happens. i did a little internet digging about two years ago, but found nothing helpful. i like the washer, otherwise.

Not sure if the 2450 is compatible with the 2460, but here is a parts diagram that shows the display module, part #AP3854652, for $97.69 from AppliancePartsPros.com. I ordered replacement carbon brushes and a drain pump from them and have been happy with their service.
