Question about Motorola Mobility V365 Cellular Phone
V365 will not hold a charge. If plugged in, it will stay on but the battery will not charge. If not plugged in it will turn off after a few minutes. Phone was a gift. Also, the charger is not a manufact. charger but a universal one; don't know if it makes a difference. I don't know if it's the phone or battery or charger and would like some help to try and find out before buying all three.
I have the same issue. Says insert SiM. The phone is new and undamaged. Rather irritating.
All parts original, no odd usage. Just won't hold a charge, and now the SIM card problem.

Try once using original charger and just check that your charge pin is connected well with the phone
