Customizing the LED of mouse

Just want to ask if i can change the color of the LED thats inside my mouse. im trying to do a full customization of my keyboard LEDS and mouse but im not so sure what or how many voltage the LED are. im still not able to go to a electronics shop because still got no time to go there. anyway, want to ask you guys here before i go to the shop. cant search the internet too...

    those leds are cool. just got from the phone and got a friend of mine help me with the leds. i wana have those too/..

You are not the first one to do something like this. fyi, the LEDS are of the standard voltage and what you can do is unsolder it and bring it to the shop. you wont have any hard time asking them about it and you can just tell them that the led came from your mouse.

Modifications are a buzz... just to give you an idea...visit this site for some quick pics on those hot leds

    just be careful when unsoldering those leds. always check the position on how you removed it so that you can avoid mishaps when soldering it back again. btw, those leds in oxide.com are already with a outlet so you can easily install it to your tower.

How do I progam the programmable keys


I was going to type this out but found the help on logitec is pictorial and might make more sense ;-]

trnsp.gif The Function Keys, or F-Keys, are the keys on labelled F1 through F12 above the number keys.
NOTE: To use the programmed F-Key, make sure to toggle on Enhanced F Keys Mode by pressing the F Mode key. The F Mode LED on the receiver will be off in Enhanced F Keys Mode.

  1. Click the My Keyboard tab on the top of the screen and select the Keyboard F Key Settings tab on the left.

Dell optical mouse problem


the same thing is currently happening too me` but im trying too configur the settings` the problem is inside` clean out the dirt dust but the cord runs around a couple of revs and just push it down a bit and make sure the main rev (white plug) is just pushed a bit down and secure now` putting it back together is harder`

Wireless keyboard & mouse not working


First download and run regscrub xp and ccleaner to clean up your system then try uninstalling and reinstalling the logitech setpoint software and try the keyboard and mouse again. Let me know if this works.

Mouse stopped working


I had the same problem. I find that a multi colored mouse pad seems to solve the problem. Actually the best ive found is a wood grain or striped mouse pad.
