The first place I would look is on Samsung.com. Enter your product number and/or serial number, this should bring you to the product in question. If you don't find your answer, try the "contact us" form to find out how to download the manual

Problems playing DVDs due to regional codes.

FIRST
CONFIGURE YOUR PLAYER IN THE LANGUAGE YOU WANT TO LISTEN, AND THE SUBTITLES YOUR GOING TO USE BECAUSE ONCE YOUR DISC IS BEEN REPRODUCED NONE MENU IS GOING TO WORK.
SECOND.-
PUT YOUR DISC ON YOUR REGION YOUR GOIG TO USE AND, SET ON YOUR REGION AND INMEDIATLY AFTER TO CLOSE THE COMPARTIMENT START TO PUSH CONSTANTLY, (TOO MANY TIMES), THE NUMBER "6" - ENTER
YOU HAVE YO PUSH IT 10 TO 15 TIMES , AND THEN YOU CAN SEE THE MOVIE WITH THE LANGUAJE AND SUTIBLES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED BEFORE.
ENJOY YOUR MOVIE.
MAYBE FLIP UP A MESAGE LIKE " REGION INCORRETA" "WRONG REGIION", DONT WORRY, YOUR VIDEO IS GOING TO REPRODUCE HOWEVER.
IF 6 - ENTER DOESNT WORK, TRY WITH 7 - ENTER A LOT OF TIMES (I MEAN CLICKING) OR 8 OR 9 OR 10, IT DEPENDS OF THE NUMBER OF CHAPTER THE MOVIE STARTS.
ONCE YOU OFF YOUT REPRODUCTOR IT RESTARTED LIKE YOU NEVER DID THIS PROCEDE.
YOU HAVE TO DO THIS IN EACH MOVIE YOU WANT TO PLAY.

or1. Switch on the player
2; Pop open the CD compartment
3. Enter the following code (using the remote): 2812
4. Highlight the region
5. Change to 9 (for Multi-region) using the 'Enter' button
6. Hit 'Clear' to exit
7. Pop in a DVD and enjoy!

Manual

Hello,
I searched the sony support site for the model number you gave and it came up with nothing. Please confirm that you have the right model and serial number. Is this a portable dvd player or a stand alone system? You can search the sony support website also at the following link. I have already set the url to take you to the manuals and support section, so all you have to do is type in the model or serial number. Please let me know if the model number is different or you did or did not find what you are looking for and I will try to find another source to get you a manual. Thanks

If you do not mind, please rate my help, it is much appreciated. Thanks
