Question about Kyocera FS-2000D Laser Printer
This is a mainboard problem. You will have to try and do a firmware upgrade first, if this do not work your mainboard is damaged. The firmware can be downloaded from kyocera's website where you will have to unzip and copy it to a flash drive/memory card. Switch machine off and insert card. Switch machine back on and wait for firmware to be downloaded. Switch machine off and remove card, switch back on.
