Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
To switch to recovery mode flick the switch on the top towards the headphone jack (so you see the orange), then hold down the REC button on the side, and plug into you computer. KEEP IT HELD DOWN UNTIL THE PLAYER IS RECOGNIZED! the player will be recognized by dif name. you are now in recovery mode.
What i suggest you do is to look at this video on how to format your player...all data on it will be erased (like songs and videos) but it will be worth it!
NOTE: these are for when the player is in MSC mode
For Windows XP
For Windows Vista
I did this for my player and now it works fine!!!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
