I have downloaded the latest version of Microsoft Sync 4.5 and have downloaded the Samsung Mobile Modem drivers and the system says it installed the modem drivers successfully. However when I try and download the WM6 to my Blackjack in it's reflashing mode, the software never downloads and my USB connections seems to time out. I've tried on 3 different computers thinking it may be the USB ports, but Microsoft Sync works perfectly thru the USB ports. HELP!

In case you still have not been able to solve your problems I can help you!
1. Just connect the PDA and your Vista laptop the way you used to with WinXP (cradle, USB). The PDA will be detected as "Windows Mobile Device" and you should be automatically asked by Vista for sync configuration. You will have to get used to the "Windows Mobile Device" interface.
