I will help you if you want. Just seems like sometimes I write to people that never respond or even come back to read the time I donate to help here. Most times not even a rate or thank you,. You will need to unplug your refrigerator and place the frozen contents in a safe cold area as you remove the rear panel of your freezer. The Defrost condensate drain is below the evaporator and behind the rear panel of your freezer. Click here and Scroll Down to=>

Thanks christoph338 for the rate! I think I was having a bad day when I made this post. For most people this solution is a little confusing but for many it is a solution for just what is happening. I'm here if anyone has questions related to refrigeration. If you're from the UK the solutions are the same yet I do have problems finding matching part numbers and service manuals, Thanks Again, John Tripp
I noticed the link was dead for Leaking Refrigerators. Here is a new link yet I am still working on the page....JT http://appliance911seabreeze.com/leaking...

You are right, this issue more than likely is a clogged drain line, your water has no where to drain, thus draining inside the freezer floor, and then leaks out eventually.
What you'll need to do, is remove your shelves inside the freezer, once you do that, there is the back panel, you'll need to take those screws out of that. Usually 1/4 inch screws. Remove the back panel, make sure you unplug the unit before doing this. Once you get the back panel off, you can then see the drain hold on the bottom, right below the evaporator coil.
Best way to get the clogged drain (usually frozen water). You'll need to get some hot water, in a measuring cup, heat in the microwave for a couple minutes, and slowly poor the water, and let it sit for a couple minutes. You'll need to grab a towel, and soak the water up, and continue to poor more water, until the water starts to melt away. Once all the water is melted away, you'll notice as the water will start to drain, into the drain pan. Sometimes, you'll overflow this pan just a little bit, so you may need to pull the refrig out, and clean up any water that comes out, if it does.
Hey friend, thank you for the post!
From my understanding you have water leaking out of the freezer of your Frigidaire refrigerator and onto the floor. I would like to ask you a couple of additional questions. First, do you see where the water is coming from? Secondly, what is the model number of your appliance? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside cabinet of the fresh food compartment normally on the left side in a top mount. But on a side by side it can be found on the right hand side. I look forward to hearing back from you. -Matt
