    error message says something wrong with the printer head and the wifi light stays orange

Solution from Noel O'Kell fixed my issue. Also the two sensors below (ribbon and printhead)it should be clean, dont touch them, spray them with canned air. Also these couple of sensors should be as close as possible and in the best angle to be able to sense the reflection from the chromed metal piece sitting above them when the head is closed.

Try to move up the silver plate unther the print head.
this silver plate is the "print head open" and the media sensors.

When I close the head, the alert 'Head open' doesn't disappear anymore until I switch the power off and on.

Please try to open the head full until it has contact with the magnet on the inner side of the housing, than close again and press pause key to release printer from pause mode. If calibration is activated, the printer should calibrate afterwards.

5 yellow blinks and nobody else ,

Issue: Alarm / Power light flashes orange 5 times consecutively (Print Head / Cartridge Error)
Solution: Reseat the print head iP3000

Reseat the print head
  1. Confirm that the printer is powered on.

  2. Open the paper output tray and top cover.

    Note: Gently open the paper output tray while holding it.

  3. After confirming that the print head holder has moved to the center, open the inner cover.

  4. Remove all ink tanks
  5. .Raise the print head lock lever and remove the print head.Re-seat the print head into the print head holder and lower the print head lock lever until a click is heard.Insert the appropriate ink tank into the slot at the right end and push down on the PUSH mark on top of the ink tank until a click is heard. Install the other ink tanks in the same manner.Close the inner cover and top cover.Properly installed: Note: Check that each ink tank is installed in the correct position

Resetting the Printer By resetting the printer's power, the print buffer is cleared and certain sensors are reset. If there is invalid data in the buffer, or sensors are stuck in a particular mode; errors may occur. Follow these steps to reset the printer:
  1. Turn the printer off with the Power button (if available).

  2. Disconnect the data cable from the printer (not applicable to WiFi, Bluetooth or Infrared) .

  3. Unplug the printer's power cord for approximately 10 minutes, and then plug it back in. If troubleshooting a communication issue, reconnect the data cable (not applicable to WiFi, Bluetooth or Infrared).

  4. Turn the printer back on.

Close the head and be sure that it is latched. Then take the printer off pause to clear the error.

Yellow light flashing saying replace cartridge that is flashing when I replace it the yellow light is still flashing

Displays head up problem

After closing the head, it will display "HEAD OPEN" until you push the pause button (the pause button will be blinking too). Try it and let me know!

Lable print ran out for paper and will not go back to normal. The lights on top are all on except Data , and is blinking Error Condition, Print Idle, Error cleared head open on the screen.

check the setings, change the setings, Media TYPE from Termal Transfere to Direct Termal.
if necessery, reset the printer to Factory Defult.
