Question about Panasonic NV-DS65 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
Remove bottom plate by unscreewing the 7 screews (for one of them you must open the viewfinder) and make sure the ribbon cables are connected securely . You just need to push genty the ribbon cabbles and reposition the plate, this should solve the problem.

Its condensation. i read the manual, leave tthing open for 5 hrs and you'll be fine
