ENMTray problem message

When I boot up I now get a message: the "eNMTray has encountered a problem and needs to close" I and not able to use the NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7 program although I can burn cd's with another cd burner program that I downloaded. The message also comes up whenever I try to access the AcerNet Management icon on my desktop.

Any help would be appreciated.

    My error message reads "eMTray has stopped working" Why and what does this device do? I have not attempted to fix it yet because I have no idea what it is or where to start.

    Whenever I turn on my computer or wake it up from sleeping, I get a message on my desktop from Microsoft Windows that says eNMTray has stopped working. It then says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." The pop-up allows me to click on "close program" If i chose to close, the pop up disappears but I have no idea what, or if anything else happens. I haven't noticed anything different with my computer or programs but I don't know what this means and it would be nice to get rid of it or figure out what eNMTray does/is. has anyone checked out acer.com? thanks.

    I have the Aspire 5613ZWLMI.
    Funny thing is that it doesn't seem to excist on the acer.com website.

It looks like the Acer software might need reinstalling.
Have a look on their website for your particular laptop/pc model number and name and you can find the files to reinstall it.
Go here, skip the intro at the beginning and pick you location.

Re-Install again the windows.Formatt it again.
There is a different windows XP for IDE Hard Disk Drive, and SATA hard Disk drive.Different softwares.

Install the software before plugging the device in. You may have to uninstall first. Right - Click on the installation file and click ' Run as Administrator'

NTI Backup Now 5 file restore not starting


The biggest problem I have encountered with back up now is when you try to run a complete restore the program just can't handle it. Try breaking the restore down into smaller jobs 2 to 3 gg.

Get a copy of XP Manager on your system and run system repair with your copy of XP sp2

OR boot your machine with your copy of the xp sp2 and select repair to your windows files ....
