The unit is only 200watt and the fuse cost about $2,Thats if there one built into it,
The replacement power supply is about $20-00 NZD
Probably 20minutes to fix (for a novice) depending on their skill level and tools available,

BEST ADVICE Replace it

Power is something you dont want to mess with because it can kill.
The power packs are replaceable but people arent.
Be very careful and dont mess with the power.

Lost power

Check all the cables, surge protector and outlets.

Then try replacing the power supply.

If that doesnt work, it could be the power button or the motherboard.

I am using AOpen 200-Watt Power Supply, suddenly, it has a problem: No power output. Maybe any diot is broken? How to dectect and replace it?

200 watt would mean it is a few years old so it could eb a few things. Power supplies can be prone to heat damage if never cleaned out. It's cooling fan gets plugged up just like your cpu fan. The ehat will kill off weak parts.

Generally what fails on these are the big power transistors (mosfets) and sometimes the power capacitors. Easy to replace if you can solder. There is also a fuse on the board that sometimes goes out.
If you can't solder then its not really worth trying to fix as a new power supply is so cheap. You can find a 350 or 400 watt for about $20 brand new.

When the power supply is connected to motherboard it goes off itself

problem lies in the motherboard there is mosfets on the motherboard which is short and because of short circuit protection power supply goes off itself so either replace the motherboard or repair

Power Supply

The power supply should be FSP200-60SPV-D - 200 Watt ATX Power Supply, its the common replacement power supply for HP, Compaq. You go to a store and ask for the FSP200-60SPV-D - 200 Watt ATX Power Supply, its the one you need
