By checking initially of your radio, insert your NEW FULLY CHARGE BATTERY,Switch On your radio, select the channel the same as your other working radio, and try it once more, If you can not heard an alert sounds when you turn on the radio, and pressing any Button/key,probably you'll having a problem on the audio circuits/speaker,etc, if it is working before, Thank you
there should only be 2 wires, and since they are just a pass through switch, One on each side will do,, if the switch works upside down just reverse them
Well I would start with a new wiper motor, then if that does not do it you need to look to a new multifunction switch, not the whole steering column. Wiper motors can be had at parts stores cheaper than GM dealers but the multifunction switch is going to have to come from a GM source.
Have someone shift it in and out of reverse while you follow the linkage. Usually there is a button on the side of the transmission that when it goes into reverse in hits that button which lights up you reverse tail light. But have to tried to change the bulb first and check the fuse. the switch you seek really never goes out. Not in my life time have I heard of one going bad. If you were out four wheeling then maybe you could have bumped it loose and knocked the wire off but your car does not seem like the type to go mud dobbing!!! I hope this helped, The Raz
Yes, this is true. Magnets cause interference with electrical currents and signals. You can buy and install an in line noise filter, that would probably reduce or relive the whining alternator noise.
I assume the switch is separate from the motor. In either case a new swich could be added. A replacement switch can be purchased at any hardware or home improvement store (ACE, True Value, Lowes, Home Depot). The black wire from the plug goes to one terminal of the switch, another black wire goes from the switch 2nd terminal to the motor.
to get at belt you will need to get true the front of dryer. When you have top up there should be 2 screws on both inside corners on front panel remove them and lift up and towards you the front panel should come off. After that look under drum .Sounds like your belt sliped off the idler pully you can then put belt back on and reverse the steps. If any more help needed feel free to ask hope i fixya:)
