Please please help, i know this thread is old, and such a sham ei didnt find it earlier, i have the dacs, since xmas, it installed and works absolotely fine on my sisters laptop, but i CANNOT get it to work on my desktop, i meet all the requirements, infact my pc is higher spec than my asisters laptop, it installs fine, the tests say hardware all working fine, HOWEVER, when my little girl atttempts to draw, all she gets is erratic lines all over the screen, she is very upset, u have tried all i can think of, i evenb restored pc back to factory settings

If you need a little more help, go to YouTube and watch some videos about threading machines. You might even be able to find one with your very machine. If not, watch others anyway. Sorry DrakeO, I don't have a solution, but do you know where I can get a copy of the software/driver? My 3 year old askes me about every hour if her new toy is fixed yet, and Mattel is sending me the drivers which will not arrive for about 2 weeks with holidays considered. I know you are still missing the key but it sounds as if you can at least do some things for now.
Finally able to install...Copy the contents to the CD into your hard drive, edit the Options.ini file so that it reads ShowVideoAdapterDetails=1. It will allow you to bypass the video memory check....Hope this helps
