The freeze during shutdown could be because any of these possibilities.

  1. Program or TSR currently open does not close or does not release itself from memory.
  2. Incompatibility, corrupt or damaged driver.
  3. Temporary files.
  4. Hard disk full, has errors or needs defragmentation ran on it.
  5. DOS driver, configuration error or confliction in the autoexec.bat / config.sys.
  6. Advanced Power Management issue
  7. Virtual device driver issue.
  8. Corrupt shutdown sound or issue with sound drivers.
  9. Internet Explorer 4.01.
  10. Norton antivirus 'Load Auto-Protect at Startup' issue.

Go to BIOS and check if the screen will shake in there if not try to uninstall and re-install the video driver that you have. If the screen is also shaking in BIOS it means there is something wrong with your video card.

I have a lenovo laptop, 3000 G410. Recently it has a problem which it shut down by itself after I use it for 20 minutes. After the shut down, I turn it on and this time it work only 2 minutes and shut down...

This sounds like a overheating problem (a CPU thermal shutdown).
This is caused by a faulty fan or the heat-sink and fan is clogged with dust. Check the fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the faulty fan. Check the fan/heatsink assembly and remove/vacuum the dust from these components.

My lenovo notebook cannot turn on !!!

While you're at it, you also might want to check your startup environment and see if there's anything in there that shouldn't. Clean out your temp folders...
c:\windows\temp
c\documentand settings\<your account>\local settings\temp
c:\documents and settings\<your account>\local settings\temporary internet files\

Lenovo Y410 gets switch off while usage !!!

Sounds to me that you have an overheating problem. Can you hear the fan come on? Can you feel the hot air being pusheed away from the computer? Have you got it sitting on something soft like a bed or pillow or something which is stopping the intake of fresh air?
