Question about Cameras
Trying to transfer from my JVC GR-D50AA digital video camera to my PC via firewire using Roxio/windows software. The camera is able to be activated (stop/start etc) from the software controls but no data is transfered to the computer.
Hope someone can help. Cheers.
Have your pc updated with klite mega codec pack so that youll be sure that the data from your camera will be shown on your computer.
you can also try and use picasa 2 from majorgeeks.com
this will help you identify where your pics and vids are on your computer.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
