AR-M237 PRINTS BUT DOES NOT SCAN

Has been working excellent; Have restarted unit; have checked all cable to printer scanner but scanner portion of machine operates but does not produce an image to the desk top

What software are you using during scanning? are you scanning via network?...if you are using sharp standard software or you are scanning via network, try to check the image destination, it might not been set up properly.

You may have a problem with the physical board connected to the machine, try re seating the card with the machine off and unplugged. Its a data issue over the network, it may be the board itself. Try re seating it first.

I got an error code L3-00 on my Sharp AR-M237 can help you. [email protected]
The L3-00 means that the scanner is not in home position. You can try turning off the machine and unplug it for a minute or so and then turn it on. If that doesn't work you can take off the glass and cleaning the rails the the scanner slides on and then put a slight and I mean slight layer of lubrication on the rails like ATF.

SHARP AR-M237 H2-00 ERROR CODE---HAVE INSTALLED NEW FUSER UNIT WITH SAME ERROR/CODE PROBLEM.
Hi,
check harness and connector betwen thermistor and control PWB.
clear the error code by using SIM 14 if all didn't work you may have defective AC power supply

Go to: http://www.sharpusa.com/products/business/copiers/business_copiers_drivers/
and select the copier and OS that you use. Download the PCL5e driver. When you finish downloading, you might have to extract it from the zip format, then run the setup.exe file and follow the prompts.
