Straight from Apple Iphone Manual
Camera is not functioning
Tap Camera, then point and shoot. Note:
If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically
saved in landscape orientation. If you do not see Camera on the any of
the multiple Home screens, check to make sure that Restrictions are not
turned on by tapping Settings > General > Restrictions. If they are, set Allow Camera to ON or tap Disable Restrictions (in iPhone 2.1 software or later).
If that doesn't work, clean the camera lens with the cleaning cloth that came in the box with iPhone.
Basically, the camera connection between the phone and camera have either gone bad or became disconnected. If it is under warranty, I highly suggest to get it replaced by either the service provider or the manufacture themselves.
Bring it to your local service center, the camera module is broken. Part needs to be replaced. Its easy if you want to do it your self, but i suggest you bring it to your carrier or moto service center. If you dont have a local Moto service center near by, or you wanna get the part and do it yourself, check my profile and im sure we can help you out.
