Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a HP laser Jet 3050 printer which is connected to a pc (shared) , All the pc's come under the same work group and tried pinging network connectivity for all , it exists. suddenly print from other pc's couldn't be taken out...the error message is windows cannot connect to the printer either the printer name is typed is incorrectly or the printer has lost the connection with the server"
I then tried to reinstall the printer driver by uninstalling the older but that too displays "Remove the usb from your computer and then try again" i tried doing it several times but invain ...
Kindly provide me with an earlier solution friends..
Check all this--------------
1>check the printer proper driver.
2>check the printer port configuration.
3>Replace the usb cable(no need but can try)
4>check the printer permission of the pronter with share option
5>check the printer services.
6>check the printer port(If you can)
