CD-6 stacker stuck (by 2 users)

Hi there,
I have a 1998 toyota corolla with a 6 stacker CD unit "CD-6 In Dash". A CD has become stuck in the unit, will not play, will not eject. The CD player just beeps when I try to eject.
I have been told that a "reset" could be attempted. Do you know how this could be done, considering there are only 6 buttons (one for each CD tray) and 1 eject button?

Have a toyota 6 cd stacker also willn,t eject or play.Showing error 3 ,from 98 model
