SOURCE: Kodak C 763 lens trouble
I went to the manufactures website and troubleshot your error code. They suggest you, turn off your camera, if you have a memory card in your camera remove it, remove the batteries from your camera and wipe the contacts with a soft clean cloth, reinstall the batteries, turn on your camera. If this doesn't I would have it looked at by an authorized service center, and if it is still covered under manufacturers warranty the repair would most likely be free.

SOURCE: KODAK M753 LENSE ERROR 122,1,0,0
I had this problem too, my camera just randomly stopped working and shut off. When I tried to turn it on again it said the whole 'lens error' bit and then shut of. The lens looked a bit crocked so I just gently tried to straighten it out and ta-da! Good as new!
