I`ve a RCA L32wd14 tv everything works fine but

Sounds like ( pardon the pun!) one of the TVs chops on the circuit board are gone. Costly enough repair, how old is the T.V? Is it under warranty?

Sounds like a hookup situation. Why not go to web site and download manual for the correct procedure and wires to be used for various situations.

It may be sensing short circuits in the power supply or in the backlight inverter boards, those are the two places you need to check first. Try disconnecting the connector from the power supply to the backlight inverter board to see if it turn on, you just will not have pictures but you should have sound.

change the mainboard it could be a bad diode, but if you have no experience testing and repairing these boards just get one on ebay.

You may have failing power supply module or failing main board, you need to do some voltage cheking at the outut terminals of the power supply to see if the voltages come and go.

internal / external selector switch on back of tv near inputs or setting in menu under settings or sound labeled - internal amplifier/ external amplifier.

have you tried unplugging it from the power outlet and letting it reset?

go on ebay and search you tv type and then type in remote almost always have one cheap

I don't if you are still online but I would like to let you know how to get you tv repaired.
You find a TV service center and tel them to fix it.
If they are not able to reair it, you take your work order and call 1-877-297-8391 and they will exchange your tv
