There is actually two ways of doing it if it's a smart phn thn all u have to do is connect th phn to th wall charger let it charge for five mins let it be connected to charge turn off ur phn once u have done the Nd after th phn is completely switched of u will a battery symbol as loading if u see tht ur doing it correctly thn disconnect ur phn frm th wall charger thn hold power key Nd th down volume key Nd home button if it's old Samsung device for th new one it's power key Nd down arrow key hold it together until u see Android logo man follow th instructions of resetting frm there but be advised remove th memory card frm th phn or else th data will be gone also non of ur phn data will be there left once u perform these step Nd one more thing Samsung account are nothing but email address used by u so check ur email id tht u use to get th password to rest Nd access it jst like tht
try charging the battery all the way maybe overnight. the hook it up and see if it works. if not try to see if u bumped a button or switch tht could hav made it turn off. if tht doesnt work u might have to go to an expert.
I I have the same issue and i took my netbook to more than 4 electronic engineers, all of them said that doesnt seem there is a problem in my netbook though.
its due to the battery terminal short lik. it means tht a small ic wil be thr of charging in ur phone . whn u connect and disconnect hardly ur charger..it wil be gone by short circuit.. as we c in switch board. get it repaired in any hardware shop.. its a hardware probz nt software.
Does it power up if connected with AC Power Adapter? Have you tried extra AC Power Adapter or tested with another Sony Camera? Let me know to guide you further.
You should make sure the contacts are clean, if not use a damp cloth and wipe of the dusts in the terminals of the battery. This is due to miss allignment.
