Re: 1. block unwanted calls 2. add prefix to contact...
You can do it with a third party call management application but there is no ability to do this in Mobile 5/6. I use http://www.pocketx.net/products/photocontactspro_sm/index.html and it has this feature.

Go to your phone call history and find the phone number you want to block. Press AND continue to hold your finger on that number until there is a "pop-up" with many options. Select the Block Contact option.
(If you don't hold the number down long enough you may dial that number).
There is a setting in Phone Options, Smart Dialing, that is enabled by Default. It is Use "1" for National Dialing, and is in place to avoid you needing to dial 1 or edit your Contacts number, if ever you or them are outside of the local area for the number. Basically you do not need to add the 1 if the call is billed as Long Distance. If the contact you are calling is a local number, you will not be charged long distance if the "1" is entered before the number.
I've never heard of that happening before. Try breaking it down into the category of "recent calls" or whichever it is under, where you only see the people that have called you. From there I believe you hit the right button and click save contact.
Whitelist, only callers and/or sms from list
Blacklist, no callers and/or sms from list
Accept only from contact list
Reject All Calls
Reject all calls beginning with ### (i.e. an area code or provider like everything beginning with 800)
Reject and send the rejected callers an sms message
go into call settings then common settings then call reject. I have given my unwanted number a group name and then blocked that group! Hope it works. There is also a service security thing in messaging which lets you set up trusted and untrusted lists. I am trying this also.
