Question about Dirt Devil M087500 Bagless Upright Vacuum
I believe this is the right model. Felt almost like I was getting shocked. More like extreme static when operating. Legs weretingling. I turned the vacuum off and when I went to unplug it, the power supply cord was very hot. Vacuum was only running about 2 minutes. The prongs were also extremely hot. I let it cool, plugged it in another outlet on the other side of the house to see if it was my outlet, but had the same problem. I would hate to have to go buy a new one, this vacuum has been the best I have had.
The cord may be bad, you may want to have it replaced, or have it checked before you get a bad shock.
