You have a fairly premium watch and some versions are more premium than others. Your watch clearly needs attention and that should be entrusted to a Seiko dealer or to the manufacturer. Once the case has been opened the sealing must be retested to ensure it meets specification. If this isn't done as part of the repair or service or battery fitting there is little point in having a watch with such a high specification.
First test is very simple: how does it look? Is it an existing model on sale, many times you will find new creations on marketplace which still needs to be invented by Bulgari themselves. See the finish, is it correct. Figures, logo, etc. How does it feel, smooth, not too light, how does the crown works (solid) and the brace/strap, no rough edges on the case? If you don't feel ashamed go a dealer and ask if this is genuine! Numbers on the back say nothing, these are copied as well like software license key.Check this site: www.bvlgari.com
The repair to the winder may be only £30.00 but will the watch then work well.Parts for old Omegas can cost a premium and the watch may need a service.A service to an Omega by a good watchmaker will cost £170.00 ish and if it needs parts this will rise.
As to value if its 14ct on a bracelet the gold is worth about £12.00 a grm so if its 30g then the gold is £350/£400.00
Its hard to say what to pay without knowing if the watch works well,if it needs £200.00 spending on it the value is reduced to little more than the gold value so id weigh the watch work out a gold value and then a small amount.
