Firstly check the Condenser coils, these are copper coils of tubing usually located on the back of the unit near the ground. They need to be free of all dust and grease to work at maximum efficiency and it is recommended to clean them every 6 to 10 months.
If they are or have recently been cleaned then make sure the inside fan (if there is one) isn't being blocked by anything and make sure there is adequate airflow throughout the freezer/refrigerator.
If neither of these seem to be the problem then you may have a refrigerant leak and you need a certified technician to take a look at it.

How to adjust temperature

Hi, Please use your thermostat to adjust your temperature setting. Most refrigerator thermostat is come with actual temperature setting at thermostat dial but it just use range : cold-medium-off ( or 5...5..3....1..0). So for instance to get your refrigerator colder just set between medium - cold. If your thermostat defective , your refrigerator will work unpredictably. In this case you need to fix or replace the thermostat.

Right side cannot get cold enough even at the highest settings

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.

Our 3 months old refrigrator will get so cols that freezes food products.

There are actually 2 cold controls on refrigerator-freezers. The main control is within the refrigerator cavity, the other is located in the freezer cavity. The one in the freezer is usually only a cold air deflector. It takes the cold air that is produced and divides it proportionally between the freezer and refrigerator sides. Set the control in the refrigerator to about mid-range. Set the control in the freezer to mid range. That is your starting point. If the freezer is not cold enough, adjust the freezer control. If the refrigerator s not cold enough, adjust the fridge control. After any adjustments, you MUST wait at least 24 hours for the temp to equalize before making any more adjustments. It may take a week to get it set right. This is true for all refrigerator-freezer combinations. Be patient.

.
If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
